All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–14 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations

Chachooo ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Some remote areas may require additional transit time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and shown before you pay. No hidden fees..

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery windows above, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We will notify you of any significant delays.

8. Undeliverable/Incorrect Address

Chachooo is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact us  so we can investigate with the carrier.
